Exchange and return requests regarding your online orders are accepted if they are delivered to the official address of Geny Society within 14 days from the date the products are delivered to customer.
For defective products, a written notification must be made to Geny Society within 2 days from the date of delivery.

We would like to remind you that the products to be returned or exchanged are your responsibility until they are delivered to us.
The products must be returned without any defects, with their original package and accessories. It will be assumed that the products with the protection band removed, used, damaged have been used and will not be accepted for return.
DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
For product exchange, you must return the purchased product and create a new order for the product you requested.
All exchange and return shipping fees must be paid by the customer. Any logistic company can be selected for product delivery.
Returns are not accepted for products that have been used or damaged.
In accordance with legal regulations, all orders are shipped with delivery note and invoice. Make sure that the original documents sent to you are included in the shipment. Products without an invoice are not refundable.

For the product to be returned, we kindly ask you to inform us by e-mail before shipping.
Please provide us the logistic company information and tracking number of the delivered item.
If the product complies with the return conditions, the return process is completed within 2-10 business days.
Your refund will be transferred to your account within 3-5 business days.
For product exchange, you must return the purchased product and create a new order for the product you requested.
If the product does not comply with the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.
