SHIPPING & DELIVERY

DOMESTIC ORDERS;

Free shipping is provided by Yurtiçi Kargo for all domestic orders. 

Estimated delivery time of product is up to 7 business days.

Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday.

Delivery hours are between 09:00 and 18:00 on business days. 

There is no delivery on Sundays.

Points to Consider During Delivery

Please check if your cargo package is damaged during order delivery.

If the product package was damaged during delivery and the damage caused any defective to the product, please do not take delivery of the package and request an official report from the courier.

The report proves that the damage was not caused by receiver and facilitates your exchange or return process.

If the report proves that the damage occurred during delivery, the new product will be sent to your address as soon as possible. 

Defective product reports declared after order delivery are subject to product reviewing process. The review may be accepted or rejected depending on the outcome.

**International shipments may incur extra shipping costs depending on the destination or region. Please note that these shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. Customs or import taxes due to international shipping are the responsibility of the customer and Geny Society is not responsible for these charges.
